We are proud of all our members and always like to hear about your accomplishments in all things cycling.  After you post on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, post here about it too!  

Here are just a few recent accomplishments!

FEBRUARY: 

B4T9  Represents at Uncle Trens Piru 20k Individual Time Trial; B4T9 swept Womens cat 3-4!  Kim Stackpole- 2nd, Liz  Inglese – 3rd, Susi Lamoutte- 4th , Melissa Campagnoli- 5th . Kelly McLaughlin – 1st in Sara Merckx category.

MARCH:

B4T9  Represents at Uncle Trens Piru 20k Individual Time Trial: Kim Stackpole – 3rd Womens Cat 3-4,  Susi Lamoutte 5th Womens  3-4, Anne Chen 6th Women’s 3-4

Tucson Bicycle Classic  Great teamwork to get Jill Gass on podium in 3rd, Liz Inglese was 5th, and Susi Lamoutte 9th. Melissa Campagnoli completed her first stage race in 7th.  

Beth Pugh, Martha Filkins, Jan Younger - all completed an unofficial (before official summer event) SMMT Challenge - climbing all 15 climbs in the Santa Monica Mountains during the Spring. The official start for this event is at the end of May.  Keep an eye on the SMMT Challenge website for updates for this fun but challenging series.  

APRIL

B4T9  Represents at Uncle Trens Piru 20k Individual Time Trial: Kim Stackpole 1st in Women’s 3-4

Martha Filkins placed first at the 2018 Mulholland Challenge 74 mile course on April 14. Susan Ashby placed first in her age group and fourth woman overall at the 2018 Mulholland Challenge 106 mile course

Martha Filkins won 2018 Sea Otter Cat 5 Circuit Race (by 50 seconds)

Lori Soriano finished the 2018 Boston Marathon in the pouring rain

ALLTIME:

A special shout out to Sue Bergeron who rides and volunteers more than anyone and deserves a medal for all she does!

    JUNE

    B4T9 successfully defended their title at the 2018 State Team Time Trials Championships held on June 23rd in Lake Los Angeles.
